The International Car Wash Association has a great interview on their website with Ken Brott, the VP of DRB Systems, Inc.
There are a few talking points that Ken brings up that I have been saying for years.
1) A professional wash operation will constantly work to improve their business and customer service.
2) Every successful car wash business makes real business decisions to RE-INVEST into their wash by keeping up with technology, promotions, and marketing.
